The flood situation in Assam has deteriorated, with three more deaths reported, taking the toll to 15. Over 6 lakh people have been affected, with Nagaon being the worst-hit district. Ten districts are currently affected, down from 11 on Friday. Three major rivers are flowing above danger levels. Rescue operations are underway, with 41,564 displaced people taking shelter in relief camps. The Assam State Disaster Management Authority is working closely with NDRF, SDRF, and local administration to provide aid to those affected.
