Pune police have arrested the owner and manager of a bar where a 17-year-old boy consumed alcohol before a fatal car crash that killed two people. The boy's father, a real estate developer, was arrested earlier for allowing his son to drive without a license and providing him with alcohol. The bar owner and staff have been charged with serving alcohol to a minor. The teenager had visited the bar to celebrate his exam results and was seen on CCTV footage surrounded by alcohol bottles. He later drove his Porsche car under the influence, causing the deadly crash.
