External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Washington, discussing ways to boost bilateral ties amid the India-Canada row over Nijjar's killing. Blinken said he looked forward to talks with Jaishankar after recent meetings at G20 and UNGA. Though agendas were undisclosed, the diplomatic crisis is likely to have featured prominently.
