Indian intelligence agencies have revealed that Goldy Brar, a Canada-based terrorist, used legal channels to seek asylum in California to evade Indian authorities. Brar arrived in Canada in August 2017 and managed to escape to the United States. He's actively establishing a hideout in Fresno City, California, using encrypted communication to avoid detection. The dossier also identifies Khalistani extremists and associates, including Lakhbir Landa, who admitted to the murder of Sudhir Suri in Amritsar in 2022, and Satinder Pal Singh, who maintains connections with Pakistan-based Sikh militant leaders.
