Security Forces Run Drill at Key Sites in Delhi Following School Bomb Threats

The Delhi Police and National Security Guard (NSG) conducted security mock drills at the IGI airport, Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, and DPS RK Puram late Friday and early Saturday. The exercises, which come after recent hoax bomb threats to nearly 200 schools, aimed to test response times and coordination among security agencies. The drills, which lasted around half an hour, involved the CISF, fire department, and Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA). Officials assured the public not to panic, emphasizing that the exercises were routine and aimed at enhancing security preparedness. Similar drills were conducted at multiple locations to ensure readiness in the face of potential threats.
