Eight people, including six minors, sustained injuries when a wall of a house collapsed in South Delhi's Khirki Extension area during strong gusty winds on Tuesday evening. The victims were on the terrace when the incident occurred and were promptly treated at a hospital before being discharged. The sudden change in weather, with heavy rain and strong winds, brought relief from the scorching heat in Delhi-NCR. The India Meteorological Department attributed the weather shift to a Western Disturbance and cyclonic circulation over north Pakistan and northeast Rajasthan.
