X Suspended Over 200,000 Indian Accounts For Breaking Its Policy

Elon Musk-owned X, previously known as Twitter, released its monthly compliance report, revealing the banning of over 213,000 accounts in India from February 26 to March 25. The bans were primarily due to promoting child sexual exploitation, non-consensual nudity, and terrorism. Of these, 212,627 accounts were banned for illegal and harmful content, while 1,235 were found promoting terrorism. X emphasized a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual exploitation and stated its longstanding measures to combat such activities.
