On the first anniversary of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Brahmastra, director Ayan Mukerji revealed early concept art and updates on the sequel Brahmastra 2: Dev. In social media posts, Mukerji shared glimpses of early artwork and visuals being developed for the next installment while thanking the cast and crew for the first film. Mukerji revealed he has been working for months on the vision and story for Parts 2 and 3 of the epic fantasy trilogy. The posts provided the first sneak peek into Brahmastra 2 for fans since the release of the first film last year which revived Bollywood fortunes. Mukerji had announced Brahmastra as a trilogy intended to build an entire magical universe.
