Ranbir Kapoor has scored the biggest non-holiday opening of his career with 'Animal', raising Rs 116 crore globally on day one. The family crime drama directed by 'Kabir Singh' fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna. It depicts a troubled father-son relationship between Kapoor and Kapoor's characters set against a violent backdrop. Recently, it was also reported that Animal has crossed $1 million in North America. With this, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has become the first Hindi movie in North America to achieve this feat.
