Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal', releasing on December 1st, is poised for an impressive opening weekend according to trade experts. Exhibitor Vishek Chauhan predicts a ₹40 crore start, going up to ₹50 crore on Sunday if word-of-mouth is strong, for an overall ₹100-140 crore first weekend. Producer Girish Johar estimates a ₹90-100 crore global debut. Despite an 'A' certificate, long runtime and non-holiday release, Ranbir draws big initial numbers.
