Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), the UK-based luxury carmaker owned by India’s Tata Motors, announced a one-month pause in vehicle shipments to the US following President Donald Trump’s new 25% import tariff. “As we work to address the new trading terms with our business partners… we are taking some short-term actions,” the company said. JLR emphasized the importance of the US market, which accounts for 25% of its sales.
