5 people were stabbed near Amsterdam’s central Dam Square, Dutch police said. A suspect, who was also injured, has been arrested. Police said, "The suspect was overpowered with the help of a citizen... As his leg was injured, he was taken to a hospital." The area was sealed off, and ambulances rushed to the scene. A trauma helicopter arrived but later left. The motive for the attack is still unknown. Police have asked the public for any footage of the incident.
