Aravinth, who found the earbuds on February 4, kept them for his own use and replaced them with his personal earbuds at the lost and found office. The victim discovered the swap, and after an investigation, Aravinth was arrested. He intends to plead guilty and will face further hearings on April 17. A criminal breach of trust could result in seven years in prison or a fine.
