Khalistani extremists in London heckled and attempted to attack External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar while he was leaving an event at Chatham House. A video shows a man tearing the Indian flag in front of unresponsive London police officers. Pro-Khalistan supporters also staged a protest outside the venue. Jaishankar is in the UK to strengthen the India-UK strategic partnership and will hold talks with British officials. His visit covers trade, health, education, and defence cooperation.
