US President Donald Trump has sanctioned the extradition of Tahawwur Rana, a key accused in the terror attacks in Mumbai in 2008, to India. Rana is accused of funding the terror strike that killed 164 people, including foreign nationals, and is linked to Pakistan's ISI. The extradition of Rana would allow Indian authorities to question and prosecute him for his role in the terror strike.
