18 Dead After Passenger Jet Collides With US Army Helicopter, Crashes Into Potomac River

A PSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ700 jet carrying 60 passengers collided mid-air with a US Army Sikorsky H-60 Black Hawk helicopter near Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC. The jet crashed into the Potomac River, and as of now, 18 bodies have been recovered. No survivors have been found. Police divers and boats continue the search for any possible survivors. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed the crash occurred around 9 PM local time as the plane was nearing its final approach. US President Donald Trump expressed condolences and thanked emergency responders for their swift action.
