Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has given a clean chit to Sandeep Singh Sidhu, known as "Sunny Toronto," despite India’s charges of terrorism and murder. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) in India accuses Sidhu of supporting Khalistani terror groups and plotting the murder of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Sandhu. CBSA reinstated Sidhu as a superintendent following an investigation by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), which found no evidence of wrongdoing. This decision comes amid ongoing tensions between Canada and India over alleged support for terror networks linked to Khalistani extremism.
