Support has poured in for the family of 19-year-old Walmart employee Gursimran Kaur, who was tragically found dead in a bakery oven at a Walmart in Halifax, Canada. The Maritime Sikh Society, which represents Kaur’s family, has raised over $194,949 through a GoFundMe campaign to assist her grieving family. The society expressed deep gratitude to all contributors, announcing plans to distribute the funds for funeral arrangements and travel for Kaur's family in India. Halifax police are still investigating the incident, which they described as "complex" as they work to determine how Kaur entered the oven.
