The Air Quality Early Warning System (AQEWS) cited a change in wind direction and speed for the improvement. Despite this, experts warn the relief may be temporary, with pollution levels expected to rise again in the next three days. By October 31, AQI levels are projected to reach 400, marking a return to ‘severe’ air pollution as Delhi’s air quality deteriorates once more.
