A 24-year-old man pleaded guilty in an Australian county court to culpable driving, resulting in the death of Punjabi singer Nirvair Singh in a car collision in Melbourne last year. Corey Comport, under the influence of drugs, drove at 168km/h in an 80km/h zone, causing the fatal crash. Comport had evaded police twice before the collision, and a drug test revealed he was under the influence of GHB, methamphetamine, and ketamine.
