Delhi-NCR is experiencing heavy rainfall with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing an orange alert for moderate rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds. The downpours have caused severe waterlogging and traffic disruptions, particularly in central and southern parts of the city. At Indira Gandhi International Airport, flight arrivals and departures are delayed, although no cancellations have been reported. The minimum temperature has dropped to 21.4°C. Major roads, including NH-48 and Outer Ring Road, are heavily congested. IMD warns of more rain and advises caution due to potential flash floods in several states.
