India and Singapore Review Bilateral Ties, Finalize Agreements in Healthcare, Semiconductors, and Advanced Manufacturing

India and Singapore reviewed and expanded their bilateral cooperation during the second India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable (ISMR) hosted in Singapore. They finalized six agreements covering food trade, digital cooperation, skill development, healthcare, and the green economy. New areas for collaboration include advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, and aviation connectivity. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan emphasized the productive talks and outlined opportunities ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit. The discussions also touched on the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations and regional cooperation at ASEAN and G20.
