India and Singapore will convene for their second Ministerial Roundtable (ISMR) on Monday to enhance their strategic partnership. Indian ministers, including Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, will meet Singaporean counterparts led by Deputy PM Gan Kim Yong.
