Oumair Aejaz, a 40-year-old Indian doctor, has been charged with multiple sex crimes in the US and is being held on a USD 2 million bond. He was arrested on August 8 after being accused of recording hundreds of nude images and videos of children and women over several years. The recordings were allegedly made using hidden cameras placed in bathrooms, changing areas, hospital rooms, and his own home. Some of the victims were as young as two years old. The investigation began when Aejaz’s wife reported disturbing evidence to authorities. He had no prior criminal record before this arrest.
