YouTube has blocked an ABC News documentary in India, alleging the Indian government's role in spying on critics in Australia, following an order from India’s Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB). The documentary, titled ‘Infiltrating Australia – India’s Secret War,’ was removed on July 27 under India’s Information Technology Rules and the Information Technology Act. YouTube informed ABC News that the order was confidential. The documentary, uploaded on June 17, is part of ABC News' Four Corners investigation into how Indian authorities allegedly established a spy network to monitor the Indian diaspora in Australia.
