Despite this, Commander Milind Kulshreshtha (retired) of the Indian Navy argues that BrahMos remains a potent weapon, even in standalone mode. The Philippines, the first buyer of BrahMos, is setting up a missile base facing the South China Sea to counter Chinese aggression.
