The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy. The case was filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Although Kejriwal has been granted bail, he will remain in custody as he is currently being questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a separate case. Kejriwal has been in custody for over 90 days. The bail application was heard by Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta.
