The CBI arrested Rajesh Ranjan, alias Rocky, the alleged mastermind behind the NEET-UG paper leak, from Patna. Subsequent searches in Patna and Kolkata uncovered incriminating documents. Rocky, who operated a hotel in Ranchi, leaked the NEET-UG question papers and coordinated with an associate, Chintu, to distribute the papers with answers. He also recruited MBBS students from Patna and Ranchi as solvers. A local court has granted the CBI 10-day custody for further interrogation.
