Mihir Shah, the main accused in the Mumbai BMW hit-and-run case, has admitted to driving the vehicle during the accident, but denied being drunk. Shah, son of politician Rajesh Shah, claimed he exchanged seats with his driver before the crash. He was arrested along with 11 others, including his mother and sisters. The accident occurred on Sunday, killing one person. Shah's admission comes after police interrogation. The case is being investigated further.
