At least 35 students at a government hostel in Telangana's Medak district fell ill after allegedly finding a lizard in their breakfast. The students, from TG Model School, experienced vomiting and diarrhea after eating their meal. Two hostel staff members were terminated for negligence, and two others received show cause notices. School officials promptly provided medical assistance and took the students to a nearby hospital. An investigation is underway.
