Saifullah Sajid Jatt, a top terrorist of Lashkar-e-Toiba, is behind recent attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, say security sources. Jatt, from Kasur, Pakistan, has a Rs 10 lakh bounty on his head. Operating from Islamabad, he handles Lashkar's recruitment and terror funding. Recently, several attacks in J&K have been linked to him. In Reasi, terrorists killed nine pilgrims by firing at their bus. Later, in a village shootout, a CRPF personnel and two terrorists died. Five more terrorists were killed in Kulgam encounters, which also left two soldiers dead. Security agencies are searching for his local contact, Qasim.
