Uttar Pradesh police have arrested Dev Prakash Madhukar, the key accused in the Hathras stampede that killed 121 people. Madhukar, a close aide of preacher Narayan Sakar Hari, was named in the FIR and had a Rs 1 lakh reward on his head. Six members of the organizing committee were arrested earlier.
