The NEET PG 2024 exam will now be held on August 11 in two shifts, announced by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Originally set for June 23, the exam was postponed due to concerns over irregularities in recent competitive exams. The cut-off date for eligibility remains August 15, 2024. Around two lakh MBBS graduates take the NEET PG each year for approximately 52,000 postgraduate seats. The postponement aims to ensure the exam process is robust and secure. All NEET PG counselling will be conducted online as per new regulations.
