Heavy downpours led to the collapse of an under-construction wall in Vasant Vihar, trapping three laborers. Key tunnels were closed, and homes in upscale areas, including Water Minister Atishi’s, were flooded. With over 300 complaints of waterlogging, Delhi faced significant power cuts, uprooted trees, and submerged vehicles as the city struggled to cope.
