Two injured in the roof collapse at Delhi's IGI Airport described their harrowing experiences, saying they narrowly escaped death. Arvind Goswami, who was working at Terminal 1, recounted, "Suddenly, everything started collapsing. Debris fell on my head, and I lost consciousness." Dashrath Ahirwa, also hurt in the incident, was pumping out rainwater when the ceiling fell, causing a severe head injury. The collapse, caused by heavy rain, killed one person and injured six. All injured were taken to Medanta Hospital, and flight operations at Terminal 1 are suspended .
