This outflow positions India third globally, behind China (15,200) and the UK (9,500) in millionaire departures. Despite this trend, India continues to generate a significant number of high-net-worth individuals, offsetting these losses. The UAE, attracting wealthy individuals through favorable business conditions and a golden visa scheme, is expected to receive a net inflow of 6,700 millionaires. Other favored destinations include the USA, Singapore, Canada, and Australia, highlighting a global shift in millionaire residency.
