Dasari Gopikrishna, a 32-year-old man from Andhra Pradesh, was killed in a shooting at a supermarket in Arkansas, USA. Gopikrishna, who moved to the US eight months ago for a better life, was working at the check-out counter when a gunman opened fire. The incident occurred on Friday at the Mad Butcher grocery store in Fordyce. The shooter, 44-year-old Travis Eugene Posey, was arrested and faces capital murder charges. Gopikrishna was taken to a hospital but died from his injuries on Sunday. He is survived by his wife and son.
