Vishal Agarwal, the father of a teenager involved in the Pune Porsche accident, has been granted bail. Agarwal, a real estate developer, was charged under the Juvenile Justice Act for giving an unregistered car to his son, who had no driving license. The 17-year-old was driving the car at high speed on May 19 when it hit a bike, killing two software engineers. Agarwal and his wife were also arrested for allegedly swapping their son's blood samples. The teen is in an observation home, and police have requested to try him as an adult.
