The India Meteorological Department has predicted rain, thunderstorms, and dust storms for Delhi and its surrounding areas on Friday. The national capital is expected to have a partly cloudy sky with maximum and minimum temperatures ranging from 40°C to 29°C. This comes after light rain and thunderstorms brought some respite from the heatwave on Thursday. The heatwave has been severe, resulting in heat stroke casualties and prompting the government to issue advisories to hospitals. In the past three days, 50 bodies of underprivileged individuals have been recovered in Delhi, highlighting the severity of the situation.
