Union Home Minister Amit Shah will review the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir today following recent terror attacks. Shah will provide guidelines to intensify counter-terror operations and oversee preparations for the Amarnath pilgrimage starting June 29. He will chair a high-level meeting with National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Army Chief General Manoj Pande, and other top security officials. The meeting will cover the security status in Jammu and Kashmir, including force deployment along the International Border and Line of Control, infiltration attempts, ongoing anti-terror operations, and the strength of terrorist presence in the region.
