A Mumbai doctor, Orlem Brendan Serrao, discovered a human finger in a butterscotch ice-cream cone he was eating, ordered online by his sister. The incident occurred in Malad on Wednesday. Shocked by the find, Serrao reported the matter to the ice-cream company on Instagram but received no response, prompting him to alert the police. Preliminary investigations confirmed the finger was human, and it has been sent for forensic analysis. Authorities have filed a case against the ice-cream manufacturer, Yummo, and are investigating how the contamination occurred.
