The Jammu and Kashmir administration has terminated the services of four employees, including two police constables, a teacher, and an assistant lineman, for alleged terror links and activities. The employees were found to be working on behalf of Pakistan's ISI and terror outfits, providing ammunition and services to terrorists, and mobilizing violent protests. The dismissals were made under Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution, following a background check by the J&K CID. This brings the total number of government staffers terminated for terror links to 61 during the tenure of J&K LG Manoj Sinha.
