They also warned of potential flash floods in Shimla, Mandi, Sirmaur, and Solan districts, along with possible damage to crops and disruptions to water and electricity services. Since the monsoon onset on June 24, Himachal Pradesh has incurred losses totaling ₹306.58 crore, with the Public Works Department and Jal Shakti Vibhag being the most affected.
