Police arrested television actor Bhupinder Singh for allegedly firing his licensed gun at neighbors amid a property dispute in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor, killing one and injuring three. Reports stated Bhupinder was installing a fence when an argument broke out with Gurdeep Singh over getting eucalyptus trees cut. The clash escalated as Bhupinder and three associates attacked and opened fire. Gurdeep's 22-year-old son Govind died while he, his other son and wife suffered injuries. Bhupinder, who starred in shows like 'Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam', faces murder and attempt-to-murder charges for the shooting resulting from the scuffle over trees between the two farm owners.

The fourth theatrical trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming "Dunki" helmed by Rajkumar Hirani opens with SRK's signature train motif. In this trailer, SRK's lead character Hardy introduces us to his 4 friends - who mean the world to him. The gang including Vicky Kaushal, who is lost in translation, and Taapsee Pannu as Hardy's love interest Mannu, decides to reach London despite many hurdles. While Mannu fights the world to take a stand for Hardy, Boman Irani the English teacher takes on the tough job of preparing the gang for London. The trailer resonates with thousands of immigrants who struggle to overcome the language barrier while in search of a better life abroad. Sharing the film's trailer on social media, Shah Rukh Khan wrote on Instagram: "Yeh kahani maine shuru ki thi, Laltu se! Renowned for his role as Fredricks in the iconic crime show 'CID,' actor Dinesh Phadnis has passed away due to liver damage. Co-star Dayanand Shetty confirmed the news, debunking earlier reports of a heart attack. Shetty declined to comment on the specific treatment. 'CID,' a long-running series on Sony Entertainment Television, faced an abrupt end in 2018, leaving cast and crew shocked. Shivaji Satam, ACP Pradyuman, expressed disbelief, unsure if the already-shot episodes would air. The sudden departure of Phadnis adds a somber note to the legacy of 'CID' and its unexpected exit from the television scene.
